Correct: "Poneos el cinturón". For vosotros, the affirmative imperative is formed from the infinitive plus -d, and with the pronoun "os" the final -d disappears: poneos. In the affirmative imperative, pronouns are written attached to the verb (enclitic): dímelo, siéntate. In Spain, for plural "you" when talking to friends, you use "vosotros": when you add "os" to the form in -d, the letter -d disappears.
¿A quién se dirige la orden «mira por el retrovisor» en el diálogo?
Al conductor.
A los peatones.
A la policía.
In the scene, the passenger is speaking to the driver: it’s an instruction to look back in the mirror. So "al conductor" is correct.
Listen to whom they say "mira…" and who can actually look in the rear-view mirror (por el retrovisor).
