In Spanish, speakers often soften requests and invitations using the “imperfecto de cortesía”: "Quería…". The option "¿Te apetece…?" is also polite (more friendly), but "Quería invitarte…" sounds softer and more neutral in a work context.
For neutral politeness on the phone, use "¿Podría + infinitivo…?"
The form "¿Podría…?" (conditional for politeness, usted) is a standard polite formula on the phone or in customer service. The other options sound too direct.
Choose a past tense form that softens the request.
"Quería…" is the imperfecto de cortesía. The other forms sound either too blunt (Quiero/Quise) or odd in this context (He querido).

"¿Podría…?" is a polite question in the usted form. The others do not match either usted or the desired politeness level.
Look for a formula with "Quería…" from the “polite past” pattern.
"Quería invitarte…" softens the invitation (imperfecto de cortesía). The other options sound more direct.
Look for the construction with "¿Sería tan amable de…?"
"¿Sería tan amable de…?" is an extremely polite formula. "Confírmeme…" is too imperative; "¿Me confirma…?" is fine, but less delicate.
Forms with the conditional ("¿Podría…?", "¿Te importaría…?") are usually more polite than a categorical "Necesito… ya".
"Necesito… ya" sounds harsh and pushy. The other options use softer formulas (Quería…, ¿Te importaría…?, ¿Podría…?).
