The driver says "reduzco la velocidad", that is, he reduced his speed.
Look for the verb "reducir" in the lines of the dialogue.
¿Qué animal cruzó la carretera?
Un perro
Un jabalí
Una vaca
Un zorro
The driver whispers that he sees "un jabalí" (a wild boar), and then says that it has already crossed the road.
Pay attention to the word "jabalí" after the warning "¡Ojo!".
