“Fahren Sie geradeaus” means “Go straight ahead.” You continue without turning.
In a driving test, the examiner uses Sie, not du or ihr.
For formal instructions, use the Sie-imperative: “Biegen Sie rechts ab.”
Right-turn arrow = rechts abbiegen.
