Look for the construction that means English "for + time" → in Spanish this is "desde hace + período".
The correct form is "desde hace + período": the action started in the past and continues now: "Trabajo en Madrid desde hace tres años."
Pay attention to the negation: in all the equivalent sentences the meaning "I haven’t seen her for a month" must be kept.
The first three options express the same idea: "I haven’t seen Ana for a month." "Veo a Ana desde hace un mes" changes the meaning (it means you have been seeing her for a month). For acceptable equivalents, see "hace + tiempo que… / No veo a Ana hace un mes…".
"Llevar + gerundio" is roughly "have been doing something for (a certain amount of) time" in English.
We use the periphrasis "llevar + gerundio" to express duration: "¿Cuánto tiempo llevas viviendo…?"
"ago" → "hace + tiempo". The options with "desde hace / hace… que" describe "I’ve been living here for…", not "I moved".
For "ago" we use "hace + cantidad de tiempo": "Me mudé aquí hace tres años." The second and third options express present duration ("I’ve been living here for 3 years"), not the past event "moved here three years ago". See the example in the reference: "Me mudé aquí hace 3 años".
"Desde" + specific year/month/date; "desde hace" + duration (years, months, etc.).
With "desde" we indicate a point in time: "desde 2019". It is incorrect to combine "desde hace" with a year, and "Hace 2019 que…" is also wrong (it must be a time period), as is "Llevo 2019…". See the rule "desde + fecha/punto temporal".
After "Hace + tiempo que…" we usually use the present tense, and with a negative we add "no + verbo".
The structure "Hace + tiempo + que + verbo (presente)" expresses a period up to now, often of not doing something: "Hace dos semanas que no voy…".
The mistake is often in "desde + período": you need "desde hace + período", not just "desde".
Incorrect: "desde tres años" with a duration; it must be "desde hace tres años". The others are correct equivalents for expressing duration: llevar + gerundio / desde hace / hace… que.
