Hints for this Quiz

Tip: Subordinate clause after „weil“ = verb at the end.
Use „weil“ for a reason and send the conjugated verb to the end of the clause: „…, weil … ist.“
Tip: After „denn“ do NOT move the verb to the end.
„Denn“ introduces a main clause. Keep normal word order: subject before verb („die Frist ist“ or with time-first inversion still S/V order).
Remember: after „denn“ keep normal S–V order; after „weil“ the verb goes last.
Only the „denn“ option with normal main-clause order is correct here. The „weil“-version would be grammatical, but the task asks specifically for „denn“.
Check the final position of the verb in the „weil“-clause.
After „weil“, the conjugated verb goes to the end: „…, weil ich … warte.“
„Denn“ = no verb movement. „Weil“ = verb at the end (but the task asks for „denn“).
With „denn“, keep main-clause word order: subject + verb („ich habe …“).
Focus on „weil“: verb-final position is mandatory.
„Weil“ requires the verb at the end: „…, weil … ist.“ The „denn“-option would be grammatical but does not follow the instruction.
