Tú, usted, vosotros, ustedes: elige bien en el trabajo
Escoge el tratamiento y la conjugación adecuados según contexto formal o informal.

En España, tú = informal; usted = formal. En plural: vosotros (informal), ustedes (formal). En Hispanoamérica, ustedes es plural general.
Conjugación (hablar): tú hablas; usted habla; vosotros habláis; ustedes hablan. Nota: usted/ustedes usan 3.ª persona.
¿Dudas? Empieza formal y propone: "¿Nos tuteamos?" (=Can we use "tú" with each other?). En la oficina suena natural y cortés.
Instrucciones (imperativo): tú habla; usted hable; vosotros hablad; ustedes hablen. Útil en manuales y soporte.
Pronombres de OI: a usted le..., a vosotros os..., a ustedes les... (con gustar, pedir, etc.).

"Usted" shows respect and distance. For an unfamiliar manager, it’s the safe choice.
Think about a polite tone and keeping some distance.

"Vosotros habláis" is 2nd person plural. In Spain this is the informal "you" (plural). "Hablan" is Uds./ellos; "hablas" is tú.
Remember the -ar ending for vosotros: -áis.
