La fianza is the rental deposit. The ad clearly says “1 mes”. It’s usually the amount of 1 month’s rent and it’s returned when you move out, if everything is in good condition.

“Gastos de comunidad” are costs for the upkeep of the building (elevator, cleaning, etc.). The ad says “incluidos”, which usually means they’re paid by the owner of the flat.
